About the Role

Tulum Mexican Restaurant is looking for a motivated and outgoing Event Sales & Venue Coordinator to help grow our private events business.

This role is responsible for generating current event bookings, building relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our unique event spaces.

Responsibilities
Generate new corporate and private event bookings.
Respond to event inquiries by phone, email, and social media.
Build relationships with local businesses, event planners, and organizations.
Conduct venue tours with potential clients.
Prepare event proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with the restaurant management team to ensure successful events.
Promote our venue for:
Corporate Events
Private Dining
Birthday Parties
Business Meetings
Networking Events
Holiday Parties
Wedding Receptions
Cocktail Events

Requirements
Experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning.




Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work independently.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
English required; Spanish is an asset.
