We craft clean, nutrient-packed, high-protein meals using locally sourced, grass-fed ingredients, delivered fresh every week. Position Summary
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen Cook to help prepare our weekly menu in a high-volume meal-prep workplace. You'll batch-cook and portion meals to recipe and quality standards, while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Prepare and batch-cook menu items to recipe, portion, and quality standards
Accurately weigh and portion meals for packaging
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (FOODSAFE) at all times
Keep prep stations, equipment, and shared areas clean and organized
Assist with prep, inventory, receiving, and labeling deliveries
Maintain consistency across high-volume production runs
Communicate with the kitchen team to keep production on schedule

Requirements




3+ year of cooking or kitchen experience (meal-prep or high-volume an asset)
Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
Comfortable with batch cooking, portioning, and following recipes precisely
Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to [50 lbs]
Robust attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
Available for full time hours
