Your goals while working are to give exceptional guest service, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the establishment, and completing and daily tasks outlined in positions-specific checklists. We are looking for a coachable individual who shares our passion for friendly hospitality in our counter service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
Taking order using our point of sales system in our counter service restaurant.
Going beyond our counter-style service to deliver food, quality check, and clear tables when the chance arises
Efficiently and accurately expedite takeout orders




Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide friendly, knowledgable and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean and organized dining room, restrooms, and counter-service areas
Adhering to daily checklists involving side work and maintaining stock to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Effective communication with other all team members
Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualities
Previous service experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Coachable and able to take qualified feedback regularly
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a busy workplace
Solid team player
genuine interest in food and hospitality
Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail
Pro-serve certification required

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
