Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Pilates techniques and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages personal growth and wellness.

Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Educate clients on proper form, technique, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
Provide personalized guidance to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.
Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere in the studio.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage class schedules and ensure timely start and end times for each session.
Lead by example, demonstrating leadership skills in both instruction and client interaction.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements




Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Excellent time management skills to effectively manage class schedules and client needs.
Bilingual abilities in English and French are preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills to educate clients clearly and effectively.
A strong commitment to customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
Previous experience as a Pilates instructor or in a related fitness field is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
