Campbell River Hyundai is seeking a Service Advisor to work in our busy service department. As a Service Advisor, you will be the customers first point of contact and be responsible for creating a great first impression

You will also guide the customer through their maintenance scheduling process and the repair of their vehicles. We are looking for a great listener and is a master at executing all the service processes with due diligence with customer service and safety in mind.

The applicant will need a keen eye for "the details"

Strive to be a product knowledge expert, ensuring the dealership provides each customer with a personalized service experience.

The Service Advisor builds solid relationships with customers. Engages with the customer from the start of the appointment to the end of the appointment.

Education & Experience
Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
·Preferably you will have up two years experience in the Auto Industry.
A fundamental understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals
Good understanding of Microsoft Products, computers and financial reporting.

The position is Full Time with the prospect to earn bonuses.
