Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and career-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Associate. This is a hands-on and varied role that supports our daily warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming shipments, unload deliveries, and prepare outgoing materials and orders
Organize, label, stage, and maintain inventory and materials within the warehouse
Perform minor repairs and general upkeep of some equipment, and warehouse materials
Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized warehouse environment
Assist with inventory tracking, documentation, and stock organization
Follow company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings

Qualifications & Skills
Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory coordination is preferred
Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods




Experience using hand and power tools; basic mechanical or repair ability is an asset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), or willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an orderly workspace
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Valid driver’s license is an asset
