Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Siding Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing various types of siding on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, carpentry, and the use of hand tools, with a focus on exterior finishing work. Duties
Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation according to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws to cut, shape, and secure siding materials
Install different types of siding including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal panels with attention to detail
Perform caulking around seams and joints to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetic finish
Conduct heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions




Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks as needed during project execution
Maintain a clean work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the job site

Experience
Prior construction experience is required.
Experience in exterior finishing or siding installation preferred.
Knowledge of carpentry techniques and blueprint reading is highly desirable
Familiarity with hand tools, caulking methods, and heavy lifting procedures is essential
Experience with handyman work or general construction projects will be considered an asset
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliability are key qualities for success in this role

LOA (Living Out Allowance) is provided.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
