Production Worker – Afternoon Shift

Location: Waterloo, ON
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Afternoon Shift – 4:00 PM onwards
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently hiring Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in automotive lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, and other small electronic components.

This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities
Assemble and inspect small automotive electronic components such as headlights and tail lights
Operate production equipment and assembly tools safely
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
Package finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet daily targets




Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures
Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Steel-toe safety shoes required
