Job Overview

Tremcar West Saskatoon is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual-capacity role.

You will be the "right hand" to both our Parts and Service Departments, ensuring that our customers get the right parts and our technicians have transparent, accurate work orders to keep the shop running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Parts Department Support:
Inventory Flow: Handle all aspects of Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving to ensure stock levels are accurate and orders arrive on time.
Sales: Assist customers (both internal and external) with parts inquiries and sales.
Leadership Backup:



Step in to assist with Parts Department management during the absence of the Parts Manager.

Service Writing:

-Service Coordination: Assist the Service Manager with daily scheduling, customer communication and administrative tasks as needed. Perform final quality checks before closing out work orders.

What we are looking for:

-Industry Experience: Previous experience in parts department or as a service advisor/writer is highly preferred.

-Multitasker: Ability to switch gears quickly between shipping, sales and service desk.

-Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to translate technical needs into explicit work orders.

-Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer software.
