Daily Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics on engine, transmission, and electrical issues
Replace brakes, rotors, suspension components, and exhaust parts
Carry out scheduled maintenance and safety inspections
Use OBD-II scanners and diagnostic software
Recommend repairs and explain options to customers
Test drive vehicles to verify completed repairs
Keep a clean, organized work area
Qualifications
Hands-on experience as an auto mechanic
Solid mechanical knowledge across systems
Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and basic welding
Valuable communicator who can explain repairs in plain language
Licensed technician required
