Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our dealership team. This role involves generating new sales prospects, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service and effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for automobiles. Experience in automotive or retail sales is preferred, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs and budget.

Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, explaining financing and warranty options, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Duties
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.
Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.




Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and follow-up communication.
Respond promptly to online, phone, and walk-in inquiries.
Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Explain financing options, warranties, trade-in values, and additional products or services.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Pay: $65,000.00-$132,325.40 per year
