Position: Shift Manager – Liberty Village

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Shift Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting our staff in a energetic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, including service and takeout (third-party platforms included).
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Support and develop staff performance, skills, and professional growth.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Monitor and verify server, bar, and host cashouts and side duties.




Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills
Valid Smart Serve certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Food Handlers.
Bartending knowledge.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems (an asset).
Thorough understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
A genuine passion for exceptional food, service, and hospitality.
