Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gaming Administrator to oversee daily operations at our gaming facility. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent guest services, and maintaining compliance with gaming regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and a solid understanding of cash handling procedures. As a key member of our team, the Gaming Administrator will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Supervise gaming floor staff and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
Oversee guest interactions, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly
Manage cash handling processes, including payouts, deposits, and balancing cash drawers accurately
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Train new staff members on gaming procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of gaming transactions and report any discrepancies or irregularities




Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Enforce responsible gaming policies to promote a safe workplace for all guests

Skills
Supervising experience in a gaming or hospitality environment is highly preferred
Robust leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with guests and staff
Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including payouts and deposits
Ability to remain attentive to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
