Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station before, during, and after service
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring satisfaction
Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective kitchen operations during busy hours




Restock supplies and assist in inventory management as needed

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail

Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
