Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a robust command of the French language and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching students of diverse backgrounds. . The position is suitable for individuals with classroom experience and a commitment to student success.

Duties
Develop and deliver engaging French language lessons tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels
Prepare students for TEF Canada / TCF across all skills
Conduct mock exams and provide targeted feedback
Create lesson plans that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation
Incorporate cultural elements related to French-speaking regions to enhance learning experiences




Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching strategies
Adapt instructional methods to meet the needs of students with special education requirements when necessary

Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential
Prior teaching or classroom experience is highly preferred
Solid communication skills to effectively convey language concepts and motivate students
Experience working with diverse learners, including those with special education needs, is a plus
Passion for teaching and fostering cultural understanding through language education
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods as needed
Certification or formal training in language instruction or education is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
