Bhasin Building Maintenance Ltd. is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in Nelson, BC. This position will involve maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial and residential buildings. Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, corridors, restrooms, and other common areas.
Use floor scrubber machines and burnishers to clean and maintain floor surfaces.
Stripping and waxing floors to restore and maintain their appearance.
Perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and detailed sanitizing of all surfaces.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, and shelves.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

Maintain and stock cleaning supplies.




Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
Valuable physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Working hours: Between 9PM and 8:30 AM (timing may vary within this window)

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
