Duties
Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and special occasions such as funerals, weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
Manage inventory levels of flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories through merchandising best practices




Collaborate with team members to ensure productive workflow and exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements
Proven experience in floral design - minimum 3 years
Strong knowledge of flower types and flower care
Excellent communication skills in English
Organizational skills to manage inventory, and ensure timely completion of design projects
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
