Our client is currently hiring for a motivated & skilled individual to join their team. The successful candidate will work on residential renovation projects in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON region.

Duties and responsibilities:
Basic Carpentry - Including framing rooms/basements, etc.
Basic Plumbing - Such as installing vanity, toilet, shower and tubs.
Flooring - Including Tiling and hardwood/laminate/vinyl boards.
Painting/Mudding/Drywalling
Experience building basement bathrooms, installing kitchens, building decks, etc.
Need to your own basic renovation tools.

Requirements:
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Thorough knowledge of construction
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
Ability to work independently and works well with others
Ability to read and understand blueprints is an asset
2+ years of general construction experience




Comfortable using both power and hand tools
Must have a valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle

Must have your own vehicle and be okay with travelling throughout the City area upto 50 kms radius.
