POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our accounting team is looking for a new Accounts Payable Technician colleague!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calculate, prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, and related documents
Make adjustments as needed
Prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining the appropriate approvals
Responsible for accounts payable management

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
DEP or DEC in accounting




3 years of relevant experience
Comfortable using computer tools such as Excel, Word
Knowledge of the Hopem system (an asset)
Experience in a multi-site or multi-company workplace (an asset)
