Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (Level 3) to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to supporting children's developmental needs. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in a protected and inclusive setting.

Duties
Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and exploration
Support children's social-emotional development through guidance and positive reinforcement
Observe and assess individual children's progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones
Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address any concerns
Assist with classroom management, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization of materials




Incorporate activities that support working with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Engage in ongoing career development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements
Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with children, parents, and team members
Certification or degree in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable
Compassionate, patient, and committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere for young learners

Pay: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
