You will need at least 10 years of extensive Mainframe Performance experience, demonstrating proficiency with capacity management tools like MICS and RMF. Your contributions will ensure the effective monitoring and reporting of mainframe performance metrics while adhering to service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct capacity assessments to support IT project needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource use
• Document incident analysis and establish best practices
• Manage mainframe disaster recovery training and execution




• Assist in the procurement of new mainframe hardware
Requirements:
• More than 10 years in Mainframe Performance/Capacity Management
• Experience with SMF data and complex workload impact models
• Solid understanding of IBM Mainframe CPU configuration
• Proficient in SAS programming and identifying cost-savings
• Familiarity with MIPS and MSUs in multi-partition environments
