What This Is

This is not a traditional internship. There is no coffee run. There is no busy work.

You will be embedded in an active, operating team and given direct responsibility for outcomes such as learning by doing alongside professionals from tech, finance, healthcare, education, and beyond.

We are hiring 10 motivated individuals to join our next cohort — starting this month.

If you have ever thought about starting something on the side but did not know where to begin, this is your entry point.

Profranchiser is a team of 100+ working professionals — engineers, nurses, teachers, accountants — who are building a secondary income stream around their existing careers. We are opening spots for driven individuals who want to learn how it works by actually doing it.

What You Get

What You Will Do

- Connect with people in your existing network using tools we provide
- Learn how to have natural business conversations without being pushy




- Attend weekly virtual team sessions (under 1 hour)
- Hit simple weekly milestones with your mentor guiding you

This Is For You If

- You are a student, recent grad, or working skilled
- You want extra income without quitting what you already do
- You are coachable and show up consistently
- You are somewhere in Canada, ideally in the GTA

This Is Not For You If

- You are looking for a fixed hourly wage
- You want a passive experience with no accountability
- You are not open to learning a new way of building income

Time Commitment

8 to 10 hours per week. 8 week minimum. Fully remote with optional in-person meetups in the GTA.
