About the position
Our hotel is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. In this position, you will assist in creating Italian and west coast fresh and quality food items for the hotel's restaurant as well as for banquets and functions. Our perfect candidate has a solid cooking background and experience in a busy upscale restaurant. You have to be Food Safe qualified.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting, and to work independently, but also as part of the culinary team.
About your experience
Minimum 2 years proven experience in the kitchen of a high-volume hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and grill.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food health and safety.
