Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and security
Provide product information and conduct product demos when necessary
Upsell additional items or services to enhance customer experience
Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with merchandising,
stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
Support team members with time management to ensure efficient store operations
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Valuable phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
Ability to perform product demos and upselling techniques effectively
Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
