Your hands-on problem-solving abilities and leadership in Kaizen events will support a culture of continuous improvement. Engage actively with a variety of manufacturing processes to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Provide active engineering support on the production floor
Oversee automation and control system management
Facilitate team-driven Kaizen events for process enhancement




Lead current product introduction project teams
Conduct time studies and optimize material handling practices Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.)
Proven experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams
