We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Body Piercer to join our team temporarily while our main piercer is away from September - January. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating beautiful, personalized body art while ensuring the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and customer service. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and cared for as you perform professional piercings with precision and care. This position offers an exciting chance to combine artistic talent with a commitment to hygiene and guest satisfaction in a lively, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Perform body piercings with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the piercing process, answering questions, and offering aftercare advice.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, following strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety at all times.
Assist guests with selecting jewelry options that suit their style and preferences, upselling products when appropriate.




Conduct product demonstrations for jewelry and aftercare items to educate clients on proper use and maintenance.
Manage some front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Promote additional services such as tattooing to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Experience
Previous experience of a minimum 4 years as a skilled body piercer is preferred.
Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to piercing studios and personal care services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
Familiarity withupselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
Strong drive for results and good work ethic, we offer many deals where the shop can get very busy increasing the workload but also the reward:)

The position will need to be filled temporarily from September - January with potential for longer employment, but no garuntee and should be approached as a seasonal/temporary employment or a chance to visit and live on the beautiful Vancouver island:)

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
