Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Innkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively

-Process retail purchases from our gift shop

-Serve guests in our coffee bar

Qualifications:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or inn setting is welcome but not necessary




Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations
Bilingual proficiency is a plus for catering to diverse guests but not necessary
