Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and planning install jobs once clients have accepted proposals/estimates. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. As an Installation Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that installations are planned efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities
Create invoices
Product Registrations
Manufacture Rebates
Financing Submissions and follow ups
A/R Follow ups with clients for installs
Co-ordinate scheduling with client / Install manager
Review installers time sheets (can be approved by manager)
Handle packing slips
Job costing
Sending completed invoices
Updating Equipment list and help with ordering
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.




Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements
Proven experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
A valid driver’s license is required; reliable transportation is preferred.
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
