SRCHC is hiring a Primary Care Asthma Program (PCAP) Educator to join our East Toronto team. This full time, regular position focuses on asthma and COPD education, spirometry testing, and program implementation across sites.
You’ll work with primary care providers to assess, educate clients and families, and promote best-practice asthma care in the community. A licensed healthcare skilled with a related specialty and asthma education credentials are required, with 3+ years of relevant
