The position:

As a Driver Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering on our commitment to excellence. Working alongside our delivery drivers, you will help safely transport our products to customers' homes while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your ability to provide superior customer service and address customer concerns will directly contribute to our reputation for quality and care.

What you'll be doing:
Provide prompt, courteous service during pickups and deliveries
Assist with loading, unloading, and minor hook-ups of large home appliances
Inspect merchandise before delivery and report any damages immediately
Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace
Support the delivery team in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

What you need to be successful:
Pass a security check and physical fitness assessment
Hold a valid driver's license
Safely maneuver merchandise over 100 lbs
Maintain a skilled appearance and courteous communication
Work flexibly, including five days per week, Monday - Saturday

Compensation:

$17/hr - $19/hr
