This is a hands-on role, providing vital support to the Foreman or Superintendent in executing high-quality concrete construction. You will enhance workflow and ensure adherence to specifications in projects located in Bradford, Wasaga Beach, Dundalk, and nearby areas. This position offers opportunities for qualified leadership while working directly with concrete crews to meet schedule targets and enhance production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily activities of concrete crews
• Communicate work plans and production targets
• Support concrete placement and formwork activities
• Assist with layout verification and dimensions
• Lead safety practices and toolbox talks
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience
• Robust ability with formwork and concrete finishing
• Knowledge of wall and slab formwork systems
• Experience leading small teams in the field
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
