Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product categories and ensure technical success
• Manage the commercialization process for current products
• Present updates in monthly cross-functional food reviews
• Oversee project management processes for product specifications
• Collaborate on technical projects to enhance quality and safety
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years in food manufacturing or similar roles
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
