Responsibilities Oversee the construction project on site and act as the link between various project parties.
Lead and manage the on-site construction team and supervise all work on site.
Ensure orderliness on-site and compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure quality standards are met and that equipment and materials are available in office at all times.
Liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Qualifications and characteristics Deadline-driven and able to complete projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills, pro-active mindset, and ability to perform well under pressure.
