This role will be working out of our office 5 days a week.

Vena Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect, Product & Technology to drive the evolution of the features and capabilities of Vena’s SaaS cloud platform. Armed with a core set of architecture skills on cloud based apps, you will own the architecture of existing and emerging features and capabilities. With a keen eye on non-functional requirements, you will translate business requirements into a resilient solution within the Vena platform. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, SaaS Technology & Ops, and Security/InfoSec, as you provide thought leadership and hands‑on support in meeting functional and non‑functional requirements aligned with our standards and roadmaps. How You’ll Make an Impact

Solution Architecture & Strategy/Roadmap

Working with Product Management and domain experts, define and own the architecture and roadmap for a set of product features/capabilities in a cloud‑based application environment

Collaborate closely with Engineers in the definition of solutions and design

Review and validate alignment of Engineer designs and implementations against your Solution Architecture, with full compliance and standards adherence

Support Scrum teams during development lifecycle in troubleshooting, innovating and refactoring

R&D;

Keep informed on current industry trends and evaluate opportunities to evolve our patterns, blueprints, processes and tactics

Communications





Maintain Architecture artifacts and proactively communicate/manage change to support your stakeholders while mentoring and training Engineers

Governance

Actively participate as a member of the architecture governance board in both process definition and execution, including development of internal standards, policies, principles, and best practices.

Innovation

Work with stakeholders in PoC activities to promote business cases for future features and enhancements, while supporting our culture of innovation

We’d Love to See

3+ years’ experience in applied Solution Architecture

5+ years’ experience in software development with 3+ years’ experience in Java / Fullstack

Working knowledge of React/Redux and experience developing in NodeJS (or equivalent)

Good understanding of algorithms and computational complexity

Experience or deep understanding of data structures, management and OLTP an asset

Experience in designing distributed and concurrent systems and microservices and APIs (REST, GraphQL)

Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud environments

Knowledge of and experience with development of cloud‑based SaaS applications

Proven collaboration, communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders

Prior experience in scrum/lean/agile environment, preferably while working on a cloud‑based solution

You are self‑motivated, and self‑directed

You enjoy tackling new problems and pushing technology forward

A history of demonstrating empathy for customers

Base salary range 31,15,350 - 42,14,885 INR
