Overview The Arrow Sales Executive is responsible for new client acquisition and driving growth for the company. Their primary responsibility is leveraging their network to book new client meetings and acquire new business by getting signed contracts. They lead the onboarding process and support during the implementation phase. Once an Account Manager is assigned and the account is stable, the Sales Executive will continue overseeing the account in an escalation role and be responsible for the overall success of the account. The role includes growing the account by adding other locations or developing the partnership into a national partnership.

What you need to be successful
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staffing Sales Executive, ideally in light industrial/manufacturing
Hunter mentality with ability to generate leads, book meetings, and close business
Strong work ethic and ability to consistently meet activity and revenue targets
Willingness to travel as required
Ability to develop relationships with decision makers, including MSPs
Ability to perform well under pressure with strong attention to detail
Solid negotiation skills and knowledge of the staffing industry
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
University degree preferred but not required
What you will be doing day to day
Leverage your network to prospect opportunities, book meetings with new clients, and secure signed contracts across Canada
Lead introductory meetings and demonstrate why Arrow is the right choice for the client
Collaborate with the implementation team to set up new accounts after contracts are signed
Oversee accounts to ensure success and serve as an escalation point for client senior leadership
Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Conduct regular check-ins with Account Managers to ensure orders are filled and accounts are serviced
Perform regular internal audits to ensure 100% compliance
Build relationships with clients to foster trust in Arrow’s staffing services
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-sell within existing clients
Set up regular touchpoints and conduct QBRs with client senior leadership
Identify and participate in RFIs/RFPs for new business and lead RFP responses
