In this pivotal role, you will engage with our highly skilled team in the HVDC Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include crafting technical specifications, reviewing designs, and applying knowledge to advance project outcomes effectively. Your role in business development and participation in industry committees will be key to fostering innovation and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engineering design and technical specification development
• Evaluate and review tenders for HVDC installations
• Witness factory testing and commissioning of HVDC systems
• Represent the organization in relevant industry technical committees
• Assist in business proposal preparation and presentations
Requirements:
• Required: BSc in electrical engineering
• 15+ years of effective engineering experience; 10+ in HVDC/FACTS
• Registered or eligible for registration in North America
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel for projects
