Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for three companies
Lead budgeting and forecasting to support business decisions
Manage and forecast cash flow to meet operational needs
Maintain internal controls for compliance and asset protection
Handle tax planning, compliance, and return submissions
Coordinate annual audits and respond to auditor inquiries
Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to leadership
Supervise AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger activities
Improve financial operations through policies and procedures




Lead and develop the finance team
Communicate financial insights to stakeholders
Identify and manage financial risks
Qualifications CPA or equivalent with 5+ years in a similar role
Proficient in QBO and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
