PROFILE

The Payment Solutions Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and operating the daily payment flows for the organization’s clients.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily operations and execution of the payment solution

Monitor exceptions and investigate root causes

Coordinate communication with clients for incident tracking and resolution

Identify and promote opportunities for process automation

Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a payment operations role

Experience with payment and banking networks (EFT, ACH, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL

Experience in a fintech setting

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance or equivalent (asset)

Bilingualism (English required, functional French)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
