VP Construction

Job Summary:

Our client, in the GTA, is looking for a VP of Construction to join their team!

Responsibilities:
Combine your knowledge of Development and Construction Management – handling tasks involving cost controlling, timelines, budgeting, leadership and technical know-how from conception to completion
Present progress reports and meetings to multiple stakeholders, as well as managing day-to-day
Attend meetings, track progress, document milestones and ensure completion, in compliance with regulations, and overseeing a clean and protected site
Qualifications:
P.Eng preferred (Engineering, Architecture, Construction etc.)
10-15 years of construction management experience
Ability to lead and motivate people
Strong technical expertise and communication skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Project Management experience a must (MBA and/or PMP ideal)
Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivated
