The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on both the platform and the rules and guidelines that govern it, acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams. This is a highly client-facing role that combines customer success, account management, and operational oversight, with a robust focus on problem-solving, relationship building, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:




Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience across all interactions
Act as a subject matter expert on the platform, including compliance guidelines, workflows, and processes
Support clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-platform messaging
Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, guiding users through solutions in real time
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, providing consistent and professional support
Oversee and manage client programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with brand or platform requirements
Handle escalated client issues, providing thoughtful resolutions and explicit explanations when needed
Partner with internal teams to support campaign execution and ensure client goals are met
