Equinox VGM is seeking a Social Responsibility Coordinator to develop and implement programs as the mine ramps up operations. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will focus on stakeholder partnerships, grievance processes, and the preparation of reporting documents. This role also includes monitoring community investments and organizing engagement events, ensuring effective communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholder groups
• Administer and manage the stakeholder grievance process
• Assist in preparing Sustainability Reports and other documents




• Track community investments, sponsorships, and donations
• Organize trade shows and job fairs as required

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field or equivalent
• 5+ years in community development, preferably in extractives
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Experience with Indigenous groups in Newfoundland and Labrador
• Proficient in MS Office and engagement software
