This Supervisor role is pivotal in fostering a reliable workplace for sibling groups while incorporating Indigenous knowledge and cultural programming. You will oversee all aspects of the program including staff management, community partnerships, and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines. This position serves to empower young people and families towards successful reunification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of staff
• Foster community partnerships and cultural programming
• Ensure goals align with contract guidelines and values
• Provide case management and crisis support services
• Organize Indigenous cultural events and ceremonies
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Human Services field
• Three years’ experience in program delivery
• Solid knowledge of Indigenous cultures and practices
• Current First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training
• Police Background Check and insurance for driving
