HUB International is a leading North American insurance brokerage. We are looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented Auto Mobile Associate to support our clients and local dealerships, ensuring tailored insurance solutions and outstanding service.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives.
Proactively offer solutions using a variety of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.
Process auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.
Develop recent business through cross‑selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

Qualifications
Level 2 General Insurance License preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
Weekend and evening availability.




Willingness to use personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement).

Compensation

The position offers a variable compensation structure consisting of a base salary of $40,000–$42,000 plus commission. Base and commission figures vary with the successful candidate’s book of business.
