Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd is seeking Maintenance I&E; Leads for their Brazeau River Gas Plant near Drayton Valley, Alberta. This role involves both office and field work, coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities for rotating equipment and control systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance leadership within oil and gas facilities and a robust background in asset management and technical operations.

What You’ll Need

Engineering technologist or engineering degree (preferably Mechanical)



or Journeyman certificate or relevant technical diploma/degree

10+ years of production/field experience in maintenance, operations, or EHS roles

Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multi-discipline trades teams

Extensive experience with CMMS systems, ideally Maximo

Proficiency in asset management and maintenance analytics

Experience with piping systems, rotating equipment, and system integrity

Solid technical, administrative, and interpersonal skills

Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Familiarity with safety standards, environmental regulations, and SCADA systems

What Will Make You Stand Out

Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred)

Experience with Maximo CMMS

Experience managing, scheduling, and communicating shutdown activities
