Key Responsibilities:
• Create production schedules using contract documentation
• Develop detailed templates for consistent project planning
• Maintain resource profiles for forecasting in submarine programs
• Prepare regular update reports on resource status
• Support Earned Value Management System reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred
• 5+ years planning and scheduling experience required
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of ship repair and Agile methodologies
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
