Location - This role is in-person at the Grande Prairie Northwestern Polytechnic Health Education Centre.
This is a full time administrative position that is based in Grande Prairie at the Northwestern Polytechnic Health Education Centre, located in the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital. The incumbent will join a dedicated team responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the four-year MD curriculum within the Northern Alberta Medical Program (NAMP).
The NAMP offers learners the chance to gain hands-on clinical experience across diverse northern Alberta communities,



emphasizing rural and regional healthcare. The Teacher Development and Support Coordinator works both independently and collaboratively to achieve the success of the Northern Alberta Medical Program and the fulfillment of mutual goals for students and teachers.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Team Lead Curriculum, the Teacher Development and Support Coordinator is a member of the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, Northern Alberta Medical Program’s administrative team. This position will work with the Teacher Support Lead with NAMP, as well as the related teams in Edmonton at the MD Program office.
