Interac Corp. in Canada is seeking a CX/UX Researcher for a fixed-term 12 months to uncover customer needs and translate insights into actionable improvements across product, design, and development.
The role reports to the Head, Strategy and requires a degree in psychology, UX, anthropology, or related field, plus 3+ years of CX/UX research experience. You'll lead end-to-end research initiatives, develop plans, recruit users, create personas and journey maps, and deliver decision-ready outputs.
