Ayrshire Group is seeking a motivated Development Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of multifamily residential projects across Alberta. Reporting to the Development Manager, this role will assist with project scheduling, consultant coordination, municipal approvals, financial tracking, market research, reporting, and document management throughout the full development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, planning, engineering, architecture, consulting, or project coordination. Robust organizational, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills are required. This is an excellent chance for an ambitious skilled to gain broad exposure to real estate development and grow toward a Development Manager position.
