Reporting directly to the Project Lead for Recruitment and Onboarding, you will manage recruitment transactions, including job postings and offers. Your role includes coordinating the new employee enrollment process, pre-employment testing, and supporting the criminal record review. You will also ensure new employees complete their mandatory training and monitor orientation statuses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process recruitment transactions and job postings
• Coordinate recent employee onboarding and enrollment
• Support pre-employment testing protocols




• Monitor orientation and mandatory training completion
• Follow up with stakeholders on recent hire updates

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
• Three years' HR experience in multi-union settings
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
• Excellent client relations and communication skills
• Ability to manage high volumes and deadlines
