M Moser Associates is hiring an Intermediate Workplace Interior Designer to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC. While this role is hybrid, candidates must be based in the Greater Vancouver Area and able to work regularly from our downtown Vancouver office.

Position Overview
As an Intermediate Workplace Designer, you are a strong design contributor and emerging leader within project teams. You participate actively from early concept and client engagement through documentation and construction administration.

You are hands‑on in design production while also strengthening your ability to think holistically—across disciplines, systems, and digital tools.





This role requires:

Strong technical fluency (especially Revit)

Curiosity about AI‑enabled workflows

A collaborative mindset aligned with our Integrative Architecture, Engineering and Construction direction

You will work closely with senior designers, strategists, architects, and engineers to translate ideas into spatial solutions that are creative, buildable, and future‑ready.

Primary Responsibilities

Contribute to concept design, design development, visualization, and contract documentation for workplace projects

Lead portions of medium‑sized projects with oversight from senior leadership

Develop and maintain high‑quality Revit models and drawing packages

Produce compelling presentations and visual materials that communicate design intent clearly

Collaborate across disciplines (strategy, architecture, engineering, construction) to support an integrated project approach

Engage in client meetings and presentations with growing confidence

Explore and adopt AI‑enabled tools and digital workflows that improve design quality and efficiency

Support mentoring of junior designers and contribute positively to team culture

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

4+ years of experience contributing to workplace interior design projects





Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office

Strong ability to execute detailed working drawings and coordinate documentation

Working knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to contribute across multiple projects

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
